Very friendly staff Great personalities and caring. I had been a Cooper Green Patient for many years til I was able to get insurance. At CGMH, I’d feel uncomfortable like I was disturbing or bothering the staff by being there. The doctor was nice, but the staff didn’t want to be there or help you. Today at Seal Harris Clinic I saw Dr Williams and he has a great caring personality and his staff is just as friendly and caring. I was very surprised and shocked. I won’t fear making doctor appointments now.

I was looking for a primary doctor in the area, and Dr. Casey was highly recommended. I’ve had several visits with him over the year and he treats me like I’m his only patient. Very one on one. He always answers my questions and is never rushed. From reception, ma, nurses, lab staff has always been very professional and helpful. I’m glad I made the change to this practice. I highly recommend Dr. Casey and his staff to anyone looking for a primary physician.

Went to see my doctor I had the best encounter with his assistant! Her name is Darian! She is so friendly, thoughtful, and kind! She made my visit very pleasant. Of course I love my dr. Boylan he is the best!

Dr. Klayton Barrows DO was awesome. Was accommodating and took the time to really get to understand my wholistic health-related history including current and previous diagnoses, medication regimen, and frank discussions on the pro/cons of continuing the current treatment protocols involving treating some of my underlying issues such like ADHD, Anxiety, Insomnia, and ED. Was willing to work with me to adjust the dosage and change to Brand name Adderall versus the generic version that I've been experiecinng particular difficulting finding insurance plan that will cover the Brand name version given that it seems that the previous shortages involving the generic manufactures and the quotas set from the DEA prevented most companies from fully matching the exact same main active ingredient, among the other cheap filler material that can vary between manufacturers.

Excellent! Holly and Dr Crenshaw did an excellent job throughout the visit today! In and out in a very timely manner! Of course the Seale Harris staff was also excellent in the lab and with check out!! Keep up the great work!

You check in at a kiosk makes things simple if you only have checks or cash the ladies up front will call you up to the front desk and ask how would you like to pay. I've been seeing Dr. Boylan for well over 10 years now and I still wouldn't change my primary physician. He listens very well and checks the issues out and if he cannot feel nor see it he will send you to X-ray or wherever you need to go right there in the clinic. Easy lemon squeeze parking still confuses me because I don't go very often to remember where to park but I do know what to look for once the color changes I look for the glass panel walkway and I know that's the floor with the elevators just one level up and I'm right there standing in the lobby.

Dr. Putman is incredible! I have never had a doctor sit and listen to all of my concerns and address them individually and thoroughly in the way that he does. He is very personable, kind, and attentive. I can tell him about an upcoming event at one visit, and at the next visit he asks how it went - even if I forgot I had mentioned it. He’s a great doctor and even greater person in general. I have never had a bad encounter at Seale Harris. I work in a specialist’s office, and when patients need a primary care doctor, we always recommend Seale Harris. The medical assistants, reception staff, and phlebotomists have all been wonderful as well. I can’t always answer my phone at work, so the Klara app and the patient portal have been great to communicate with them. The respond pretty quickly during work hours, and if it’s after work hours, I always get a response right after they open the next morning. I can’t think of a single bad thing about Seale Harris.

This is a well-run medical practice I’ve been going to for many years. They are organized and very professional. They make good use of technology in keeping patients informed and sending reminders. The very best thing about the Seale Harris Clinic is that they will fight the health insurance company for you. My insurer is always trying to cheat me. Most doctors’ offices let the patient fight it out with the insurance company, and just want to get paid. It is wonderful to have this clinic on *my* side. It makes them exceptional. The doctors themselves vary, with most being good. I recommend both Boylan and Crenshaw. I can’t vouch for the others. Their various assistants are very professional and usually respond to calls and e-mail within a couple of days (sometimes you need to follow up). The clinic itself does a lot of things in-house, so you don’t need a separate appointment if you need stuff like a stress test, EKG, x-ray, etc. That is of course an added convenience. This clinic has lots of patients. I recommend making your appointment early in the morning. Later in the day you might encounter delays. While that might seem like a negative, it is because this clinic is good that so many people choose to come here. I’ve been to other doctors’ offices that weren’t crowded, and usually found that there was some problem there that drove people away.

Dr.Putman and his staff go above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable about being at the doctor. I've only been there twice so far but covered all of my concerns he asked ME questions about my health which is very helpful because I don't always know what to ask. He seems to be very knowledgeable and really makes a difference in how I feel about my health issues and preventative issues as well
